Bought for Xmas present. Still to open. Very smooth transaction with this company. Delivered when stated with no problems
Everything Fine just a week later than estimated. Ordered from Germany without any Problems.
I ordered a gundam model kit from these guys around January. After some time i did not recieve any updates about the delivery, so i contacted the customer support for help. These guys were incredibly helpful, friendly, and responded quite quickly!
They found out the package was lost somewhere along the way, and immediately offered me a new one with a discount coupon added on top, or a refund. In this case I opted for a refund (personal reasons). They stayed super friendly, and within a few hours i had my money back.
I will definitely come back for future purchases, these guys are great!
Can absolutely recommend!
Fantastic customer service, genuinely brilliant, communicative and let me know what was going on every step of the way. Even gave me a discount as I purchased during Chinese newyear so they posted out a little later than expected.
