At Loong Hobby, we understand that one missing or damaged part can stop an entire model kit from being completed.
Loong Hobby is a UK-based model kit retailer offering replacement parts support to builders in the UK, Europe and many other countries worldwide.
We can help source replacement parts from China for many Chinese original model kits, BANDAI model kits, and other supported brands.
Whether you purchased your kit from Loong Hobby or another retailer, you're welcome to use our replacement parts service.

Up to 2 eligible replacement parts are included free of charge with each replacement parts order.
You only pay the applicable Shipping & Handling.
Shipping & Handling from £12.99
Shipping and handling fees vary depending on your delivery destination. The applicable rate will be shown at checkout after we have confirmed that your requested parts are available.
The shipping and handling fee covers international shipping, packaging and processing.
The replacement parts themselves are free. Some special, rare, oversized or non-standard parts may require an additional charge, which will always be confirmed with you before ordering.
You do not need to have purchased your model kit from Loong Hobby to use this service.
How It Works
1. Submit Your Request
Before placing an order, please complete our Replacement Parts Request Form.
Please provide:
- Kit brand
- Kit name
- Runner letter, part number and quantity needed
- Photo of the instruction page showing the required part, if possible
Photos are optional, but they can help us identify the correct parts more quickly and reduce the risk of errors.
2. We Check Availability
We will check our sourcing channels in China and normally reply within 1–2 business days.
We will confirm:
- Whether the requested parts are available
- Whether any special or additional charges apply
- Any important information you need before ordering
Please do not place an order until we have confirmed that your requested parts are available.
3. Place Your Order
Once we confirm availability, you can place your replacement parts order.
Up to 2 eligible replacement parts are FREE. You only pay Shipping & Handling from £12.99.
The final shipping and handling fee depends on your delivery destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Need more than 2 parts? Please include all the parts you need in your request. Additional parts may be available for an extra charge depending on the type, quantity and availability of the parts.
4. We Source and Ship Your Parts
Your replacement parts will be sourced through our channels in China and shipped to your delivery address.
Estimated international delivery is approximately 2–3 weeks after dispatch for many destinations.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on your country, customs clearance and shipping conditions.

Chinese Model Kit Replacement Parts
One of the main focuses of our service is helping builders source replacement parts for Chinese original model kits, where individual spare parts can sometimes be difficult to find outside China.
We can check replacement parts for many Chinese model kit brands and manufacturers, including parts for armour, frames, joints, weapons, accessories and other components.
If your brand or kit is not listed on our website, you can still submit a request. We will check our sourcing channels and let you know whether the part is available.
BANDAI Model Kit Replacement Parts
We can also check replacement parts for many BANDAI model kits.
If you are missing or have damaged a part from a BANDAI model kit, please provide the kit name, runner letter, part number and quantity needed when submitting your request.
Availability varies depending on the kit, production status and part availability, but you are welcome to submit a request and we will check what we can source.
Our replacement parts service is independent and is not an official BANDAI replacement or warranty service.
Special, Rare & Large Parts
We are happy to check special and non-standard replacement parts as well.
However, some parts may require an additional charge or may not be available.
These may include:
- Large or oversized parts
- Entire runners
- Metal components
- Specially plated or coated parts
- Clear or limited-edition parts
- Rare or discontinued parts
- High-demand parts
- Other special components
If an additional charge is required, we will always confirm the cost with you before you place an order.
No additional charges will be applied without your confirmation.
Need More Than 2 Parts?
Each replacement parts order includes up to 2 eligible replacement parts free of charge.
If you need more than 2 parts, please include all the parts you need in your request.
We will check availability and let you know whether the additional parts can be supplied and whether any additional charge applies.
You may also place additional replacement parts orders when needed.
Replacement Parts for the UK & Worldwide
Loong Hobby is based in the United Kingdom, and our replacement parts service is available to customers in the UK, Europe and many other countries and regions worldwide.
Shipping & Handling starts from £12.99.
The final shipping and handling fee varies depending on your delivery destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Some destinations may have higher shipping costs, shipping restrictions or additional customs requirements.
If we are unable to ship replacement parts to your destination, we will let you know before you place an order.
Important Information
Please submit your replacement parts request and wait for our confirmation before placing an order.
Orders placed without prior confirmation may be cancelled.
Replacement parts orders:
- Include up to 2 eligible replacement parts free of charge
- Are subject to the applicable Shipping & Handling fee
- May have additional charges for special, rare, oversized or non-standard parts
- Must be placed as a separate order
- Cannot be combined with other products
- Must be shipped
- Are not available for local pickup
Once an order has been confirmed and sourcing or processing has started, cancellation or refund requests may be restricted, subject to applicable consumer rights.
If we are unable to source your requested parts, you will not be asked to place an order.
