Tell us what you need and we’ll check our sourcing channels in China for you.

Up to 2 eligible replacement parts are FREE. You only pay the applicable Shipping & Handling from £12.99, depending on your delivery destination.

You do not need to have purchased your model kit from Loong Hobby to submit a replacement parts request.

We normally reply within 1–2 business days after checking availability.

Before You Submit

Please provide as much information as possible so we can identify the correct part.

Please have the following information ready:

  • Kit brand
  • Kit name
  • Runner letter, part number and quantity needed
  • Photo of the instruction page showing the required part, if possible

Photos are optional, but clear photos can help us identify the correct part more quickly and reduce the risk of errors.

Please do not place a replacement parts order before we confirm availability.

What Happens Next?

1. You submit your request.
Send us the model kit and part details using the form above.

2. We check availability.
We will check whether the requested parts can be sourced through our channels in China.

3. We contact you.
We normally reply within 1–2 business days to confirm availability and let you know if any special or additional charges apply.

4. You place your order.
Once the parts have been confirmed, you can place your replacement parts order.

The final shipping and handling fee depends on your delivery destination and will be calculated at checkout.

5. We source and ship your parts.
Your replacement parts will be sourced and shipped from China. Estimated international delivery is approximately 2–3 weeks after dispatch for many destinations.

No problem. Please include all the parts you need in your request.

We will check availability and let you know whether the additional parts can be supplied and whether any additional charge applies.

Any additional cost will always be confirmed with you before you place an order.

Special, Rare & Non-Standard Parts

We can also check many special and non-standard replacement parts.

These may include:

  • Large or oversized parts
  • Entire runners
  • Metal parts
  • Clear parts
  • Plated or coated parts
  • Limited-edition parts
  • Rare or discontinued parts
  • Other special components

Some of these parts may require an additional charge or may not be available.

No additional charges will be applied without your confirmation.
